Blowing
your nose is not enough!
Even though your nose is lined with a highly sensitive mucous membrane,
an almost perfect filter for dust, impurities and infectious germs, like
any other filter it needs regular cleaning to remove buildup and residue.
Many common ailments such as colds (coughs and sneezes, inflammation of
the nasal cavities, sinusitis), chronic headaches, earaches (blocked auditory
canals) and insomnia have been attributed to clogged nasal passages.
The Nori
is a gentle, natural, yet effective way to help counter these ailments.

Here's
how the Nori
works:
Place half a tea spoon
full of sea salt into the Nori and fill the
container with water. While leaning over a sink, tilt your head sideways
and slightly insert the spout (outlet) into one nostril. Slowly lift the
Nori so the salt water flows into the nostril.
Important: Your mouth must stay open!
The salt water will flow through the nasal passage and come out
of the other nostril.
When the pot's contents have run through, repeat the procedure with the
other nostril, tilting your head to the other side.
Afterward cleaning each nostril, lean forward with the upper part of your
body and vigorously exhale several times through your nose. You can remove
any remaining water in your nose by gently shaking, turning and nodding
your head.
This is what should happen:
After the first few uses,
you might experience a slight irritation in your nasal cavity. This is
a sign that the clearing of your nasal passages was a necessity. After
the next few uses, you shouldn't experience any irritation. With repeat
use of the Nori, you will find the experience
wonderfully agreeable, healthy and relieving.
